The coati continue to graze throughout the Canyon Region of Boyce Thompson Arboretum
Our Myrtle Tree Tunnel has been nearly picked clean, but that isn`t the last stop for this band of coatimundi. In winter, the coati enjoy the fruit of the Chinese Pistache trees and, as always, the date palms in Palm Grove are a good place to look for them.

Fall color is continuing to creep in across the Arboretum.
The trees at our suspension bridge are starting to turn, but they have not reached peak color yet. While the rain we`ve received over the past few months is much needed, it makes the leaves take a bit longer to change their color. We suspect peak color sometime in the first two weeks of December.
