(1) * = seeds are subject to the following restriction: Although United States has not ratified the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), it is the policy of DELEP that seeds of plants obtained from outside of United States after 31 December 1993 are subject to the provisions of the CBD. Distribution of such seeds will be contingent upon the prior receipt of a waiver of noncommercialization where commercial use is anticipated.
